we love custom orders so please get in contact with us if you'd like a different colour theme etc, all our Uk orders are shipped with royal mail first class post, which takes 1-2 days after dispatch,
Special guaranteed next day post are dispatched next day, if the order is to be sent out on a Friday for Saturday delivery it would incur an extra charge (£4.50)
and international orders are sent with standard post unless a tracked service is used which can be upgraded at checkout.
our international orders usually takes 10-14 working days(or up to 4wks) after dispatch to get to you. Sometimes it could be longer due to delays with customs or your postal service, unfortunately, we can’t control what happens and we will not be responsible for any delays.
some of our handmade items / large orders sometimes can take a week or two to complete depending on how busy we are, if you need items sooner please do get in contact and we might be able to speed things up.

Delayed or missing items policy
Please note once an item has been sent out I am not responsible if is delayed, if your order is missing and you haven’t received your items after 5 days for UK and 10 days for international orders please contact me and I’ll get in contact with the postal company to carry out an investigation.
Refunds will be issued according to Royalmails policy
10 working days for the Uk after estimated delivery dates
